An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer any refunds or returns. However, if there is a defect, mistake or quality issue in the product shipped to you, we will consider replacing it at management discretion. An order maybe considered eligible for size exchange (if incorrect size is delivered) only if notified in writing within 72 hours of delivery.
