Shipping & Refund Policy

 SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer any refunds or returns. However, if there is a defect, mistake or quality issue in the product shipped to you, we will consider replacing it at management discretion. An order maybe considered eligible for size exchange (if incorrect size is delivered) only if notified in writing within 72 hours of delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Formals 6 to 7 weeks.
  • Luxury Pret 4 to 5 weeks.

Cancelation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing order. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Mahum Asad has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

 Policy for Order cancellation/Exchange/Refunds

  • Order cancellation will be done within 24 hours
  • There will be cancellation charges i.e. 10% of the paid amount
  • There will be no Refund after 24 hours as all products are made to order
  • There will be no customisations, only standard sizes are made to order
  • No exchange or refunds on discounted/sale orders
  • Exchange or refund will only be liable in case of damaged or defected product within 48 hours of purchase. The product has to be shipped back to warehouse by the customer in order to get refund or exchange.
